REMINDER:  Please make sure your tuition, costume balance, and props are paid in order to receive your costumes and to attend any convention.

March 24th-25th -Tremaine Dance Convention (Tulsa Renaissance)

Parents, Our classes are going great, students are learning new steps but there is one issue I must address:  PAYING TUITION ON TIME.  YOUR TUITION IS ALWAYS DUE FIRST WEEK OF EACH MONTH.  IF PAID AFTER THE 15TH, YOU WILL INCUR A LATE FEE.  I love my students but if a parent is late on tuition, I will be forced to have your child sit out the class until their tuition is paid.  I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS AND IT WILL BREAK MY HEART TO DO SO BUT I CANNOT CONTINUE TO KEEP ONE OF THE BEST DANCE FACILITIES IN OKLAHOMA OPERATING UNLESS TUITION IS PAID ON TIME!

Listed below is general information concerning policy at the studio:

:DRESS CODE - Dancers in each class are required to wear the same style leotard, pants, shorts, tops etc.  A complete range of styles will be on display in our boutique, D's Dancewear, for your review and correct sizing.  You will pre-pay and sign up on the order sheet in D's.  Students may wear whatever they have to class until required dancewear is in, generally in September.

DANCE SHOES:  D's Dancewear will order your shoes - just inquire about the required styles, pre-pay and sign the order sheet.

NEWSLETTERS:  At the first of each month, your child will RECEIVE  a copy of our monthly newsletter to give to the parents.  It contains important dates,events, that will be happening at the studio. 

BULLETIN BOARD:

Please check the bulletin board at the studio for information, sign-up sheets, articles, on a regular basis.  The convention/competition sheets will be posted there. 

RECITAL COSTUMES:

We begin ordering our spring recital costumes in November so your costume deposit is due in October with balance due at end of January.  Pictures of all the costumes will be posted by Thanksgiving Break.

PRIVATE LESSONS:

Privates can be arranged with any of the teacher assistants if a student needs extra help.  Cost is $40 per hour and must be paid at the start of the private.

PAYMENT DROP BOX:

Payments are to be dropped in the drop box at desk in the lobby.  If you need a receipt , please ask a TA to write one for you.

TUITION:

Tuition  is always due the first week of each month - no later than  the 15th to avoid a late fee.
